Dear Sir

I am writing to let you know how pleased I am at the treatment I received when I used your company's services this past May. On May 22 one of your employees drove my daughter and me from the Pacuare rafting take out location to the Lost Iguana Lodge in Arenal. The driver made the ride a positive experience. He was prompt, polite, and a pleasure to be with on the ride to our next destination.

On May 29 the same driver transported us from Tulemar Bungalows to the San Jose airport. We encountered a number of difficulties on our way to the airport due to Tropical Storm Alma. Because of his desire to help us make our departure flight, his concern for our wellbeing, and his excellent driving skills, he was able to get us to our destination safely and on time. I was quite impressed with his professionalism and his caring attitude.

On the trip to San Jose, the driver's supervisor called to check on how we were doing and give the drive information on road conditions. It was comforting to know that some else was also looking out for us.

These employees give Coach Costa Rica a great reputation. I hope to return to your beautiful country and will definitely use your company's services for any of my transport needs. I will also recommend your services to any one I encounter that is planning a trip to your country.
